The helmet's Fusion In-Mold Polycarbonate Shell is the result of an in-molding process that bonds the helmet's Microshell to its EPS foam layer, creating a sturdier and more solid structure. The Progressive Layering technology uses a 2-layer EPS foam liner with different material densities, helping to manage the energy of impacts.

The Star Pro comes equipped with a Magnetic Zeiss Eye Shield for optimal protection and visibility, and it can be easily removed and stored on the helmet when not in use. The Active Aero Slider vent allows the rider to regulate airflow, temperature, and aero efficiency on-the-fly with a simple button seamlessly integrated into the top of the helmet.

The helmet's 15 channeled vents bring cool air in through the front and flush warm air out of the rear ports, ensuring that the rider stays cool and their head remains comfortable. The Overbrow Ventilation intakes work in conjunction with the moto-proven Velocity Flow Ventilation system to actively cool the air over the rider's head via 4 ports on the brow of the helmet.
